Ana Stella is a senior marketeer with more than 25 years of experience in International Strategic Marketing, Brand and Business Development. She has successfully supported top management in building strategies and structures that strengthened international market presence, launched new businesses and aligned subsidiaries with global priorities.
Her career began in the luxury cosmetics and watch industries, later expanding into the pharmaceutical sector, where she developed a strong track record in multinational environments such as Angelini and Boehringer Ingelheim.
At Angelini, she played a key role in establishing the foundations for the global management of the company’s core brands, shaping HQ pipelines, and designing frameworks to evaluate new projects across R&D and Business Development. Her last assignment, as Head of International Strategic Marketing, was based in Rome, Italy, over a three-year period.
Qualifications
Ana Stella holds a degree in Business Administration from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and has completed several executive training programmes.
A native Portuguese speaker, she is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
