Pedro is deeply passionate about people and their development. A natural team player, he thrives in collaborative environments and is known for the trust, confidence, and sense of purpose he inspires in those around him. His disarming assertiveness, combined with strong analytical skills, underpin the quality and impact of his work in consulting projects.

With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Development and Learning projects, Pedro has collaborated with several consulting firms, including Cegoc, Neves de Almeida, Síntese Azul, and Blink Consulting. He spent five years as Business Unit Manager at Jason Associates and, following its merger with Mercer, took on the role of Principal for one year. Later, he joined Abylos Trends and Consulting as a Senior Manager Associate.

In 2021, Pedro founded Thinkplus Consulting, his own firm, dedicated to supporting organizations and individuals in their growth and transformation journeys.

Qualifications

Pedro holds a degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Behaviour from ISPA, Lisbon.

He is a Certified Coach by the International Coaching Community (ICC), a DISC Certified Facilitator by Inscape/Wiley, and a Certified MBTI Step II Facilitator by OPP and Fellipelli.

A native Portuguese speaker, he is also fluent in English.
