Carla Gouveia is a Career & Purpose Coach and Senior HR Advisor, with over 25 years of experience in people management and development. She built her career in demanding corporate environments, where she led cross-functional teams and supported more than 200 leaders through growth, transition and strategic realignment processes.

Over the years, she has developed an integrated perspective on leadership, organisational culture and wellbeing, combining hands-on experience with advanced coaching and development tools. As the founder of HealthyChange, she works with leaders, teams and organisations seeking to align performance with purpose and wellbeing.

She is a member of the Professional Women’s Network (PWN Lisbon), a mentor at Associação D’Novo (for professionals aged 50+), and an advisor to Human Resources Portugal magazine.

Pragmatic, direct and deeply respectful of people and their contexts, she believes that transformation always starts from within - and that the future of work requires conscious leadership, courage and a strong human focus.

Qualifications

Carla holds a degree in Applied Psychology from ISPA and complemented her education with an executive programme in Senior Management at AESE Business School.

She is certified in Executive Coaching (EEC / ICF), Purpose Mining®, and is an accredited trainer certified by IEFP.

Portuguese is her native language, and she is also fluent in English and Spanish.
