Experience

With more than 30 years of experience, Luís is a psychologist who has built a career that blends consulting and learning & development in organisational contexts — his main current area of practice — with social and community intervention.

Since 1994, he has collaborated with leading consulting firms in the design and delivery of programmes in organisational development, leadership, communication, well-being and soft skills. As a trainer and consultant, he creates transformative learning experiences that inspire change, stimulate critical thinking and strengthen human capabilities. In 2007, he founded “XNC Experienciar”, where he served as Associate Partner.

In parallel, Luís has extensive experience in social and community intervention, having designed and coordinated local development projects and supervised multidisciplinary teams in programmes promoted by municipalities, NGOs and social institutions, with a focus on mental health, well-being, and the development of personal and social skills.

Qualifications

Luís holds a degree in Social and Organisational Psychology and has postgraduate studies in Clinical Psychology. He has also deepened his training in areas such as Psychodrama, Sociodrama and Systemic Family Therapy, as well as Leadership, Teambuilding, Creative Writing and Clown, among others — learning experiences that enrich his experiential, creative and people-centred approach.

Luís is a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in Spanish.
