Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions within organisations such as Procter & Gamble, Timwetech and Brisa, where she led business growth and international expansion, digital transformation and organisational change initiatives across the consumer goods, technology, mobility and infrastructure sectors.

She currently advises organisations and executive teams on growth, innovation and transformation strategies, bringing an integrated perspective on business, technology and people. Her career is distinguished by extensive experience in corporate strategy, innovation, technology-enabled transformation and business growth, underpinned by a strong executive perspective and a proven track record of leading complex organisational transformation in both national and international environments.

Qualifications

Marta holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
