Experience

Nuno brings over 27 years of executive experience within the Sonae Group, one of Southern Europe's leading international retail groups. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions across strategy, planning, marketing, digital business, customer experience and human resources, developing a broad perspective on how organisations create sustainable value.

Over the past decade, he has worked closely with executive leadership teams, most recently serving as Chief of Staff to the Executive Committee at Worten, where he supported strategic decision-making, corporate governance, organisational transformation and leadership alignment. He currently advises CEOs and executive teams on leadership, organisational culture, corporate governance and executive team effectiveness.

Qualifications

Nuno holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and an MBA from the Portuguese Catholic University. He is certified in Executive Coaching by Nova School of Business & Economics and has completed executive education programmes in leadership, organisational development and executive facilitation, including at INSEAD and Aberkyn.

He is fluent in both Portuguese, English and Spanish.
